Arthur is pretty much happy all of the time. Even when he's not, he still acts happy. The only way anyone can tell when he's upset is when a yellow car passes by and he doesn't say anything.

Re Prompt: I've finding myself inexplicably obsessed by the Omegaverse fics over at the Sherlock meme. Do we have any already here? If not I NEED one.
Martin would be perfect as the Omega trying to hide his nature, and could be why no one takes him seriously due to his scent not being quite right, and especially as being a Captain seems such an Alpha profession. So what would happen if he goes into heat when 'Alpha of Alpha's' Douglas is around? Would Douglas snap and take him? Would Arthur be pawing at the cockpit door to get in?

This was lovely! It was great how you made all the characters have differenct story "styles!" And you even managed to include some mild Arthur whumpage!!

While in flight, Martin gets a call that his brother and sister have both been killed in a car accident. There's nothing Martin can do because he's too far away, and he can't just divert because of their time-sensitive cargo (Organs or something).

Cue Martin trying to keep it together, because he has to.

As much as I enjoy my slash, I would love to see Douglas acting very much like a father figure to Martin.

Ever seen Treasure Planet? There's a scene in there in which the young man Hawkins leans his forehead against Bones. If you can include that scene, I would love you forever.

It is generally accepted that Martian is about the same age as BC, in his mid-thirties. But what if he was actually several years younger, early to mid twenties and changed his age on his ID in order to get hired at MJN. What would happen if (when) the others found out? How would Carolyn and Douglas react to the revelation that Martian is younger than Arthur? Is that part of the reason it took so many tries to get his pilot's licence?
