Douglas is allergic to some obscure food stuff which, frankly, he'd never thought he needed to mention. His reaction to it is severe but he doesn't think he'll ever encounter it again so why bother bringing it up?

This poses a bit of a problem when Arthur delivers one of his 'specialities' and Douglas samples it.
