Gerti goes horribly off course and is shot down by a warlord somewhere. Martin and Douglas manage to land well enough that everyone survives, but the plane is badly damaged, and Martin ends up with a serious injury.

They're all kept in a cave as hostages with a genius doctor who wires Martin up to a car battery to keep him alive and they all have to uh, build something like Ironman out of bits of Gerti.
