I was listening to Qikiqtarjuaq and I can't help but imagine that Douglas isn't very happy with that lady putting him down for the cabin address, and that Martin insinuates that he can discipline Douglas.

So, after their flights and they are safe back home, Douglas teaches Martin a lesson about trying to teach him a lesson.
