Carolyn has a complaint - she would like an FAQ section of her own, at least as generous as the one dedicated to the Captain. She is, after all, the Alpha dog, and she doesn't care to be nagged with the same questions over and over on the company answerphone. (The Yellow Car enquiries are bad enough.)
