I have a vague memory of a Cabin Pressure fanfic where Douglas and Martin either are together or are somehow getting there; then they have a fight for some reason, Douglas punches at the wall and drives away - only he hurt his hand/wrist and he has to call Arthur to pick him up in the middle of nowhere.
